Greetings Nest Community!

My name is Shambhavi and I am new to the Nest Resource Center Community.

Mother, Wife, Massage Therapist, Meditator, and Student of Life. I am overjoyed to be apart of the Nest’s amazing practitioners, educators, and family supporters! The heart of my practice is serving Mothers and families through this wondrous journey of pregnancy and beyond the birthing process.

Weaving together 25 years of dance and movement training, massage and bodywork, yoga and meditation my goal as a healing facilitator is to create a grounded, safe, healing space for others to re-connect with Self, Breath, and Subtle body.  I believe bodywork can be transformational in accessing all levels of a being, mind-body-spirit connection.
